Refund policy
We do not accept general returns or refunds on consumable products once they have been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is not delivered, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date at hello@nadandme.com with your order number and proof of the issue, including photos of the package and product where applicable.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the product must be unused and unconsumed. We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that have been partially consumed or used.
If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion, either:

Ship a replacement product, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method.
Claims submitted without sufficient proof of damage, loss, or delivery issues may not be approved.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Claims for damaged or missing items must include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of consumable products, all delivered products are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

opened or consumed products,

partially used products,

products without proof of damage or issue,

sale items,
-
gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@nadandme.com, and we will review the issue for a possible replacement.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days if the product has not been opened, consumed, or used.
To qualify, the product must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your claim and let you know whether a refund or replacement has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
