Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or high order volume. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

International (non-US) customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders flagged for suspected fraud or unauthorized activity. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

Orders may ship in multiple packages at no additional cost.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged or you experience a shipping issue, contact us at hello@nadandme.com within 7 days of delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of consumable products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns of opened products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nadandme.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

If a return is approved, products must be unopened, unused, and returned in original packaging.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Subscription Orders

If you purchase a subscription product, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before your next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at hello@nadandme.com.

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be refunded.
